I’ve helped start-up websites grow, and helped established websites get bigger.
I’ve reviewed, sub-edited, SEO’d and proof read. Video games are really something, and I really love to write about them. Some examples ↓
A small selection of websites and companies that I’ve contributed to:
We Got This Covered
Approached by We Got This Covered, one of Canada’s largest entertainment websites, to generate hit-making content for their ailing gaming section. I obliged, and my features haven’t left their ‘most read’ categories since.
What Culture magazine, where I managed to rise to the top and get noticed amongst its worldwide team of writers, and millions of readers.
Making waves. I originally started out at Beef Jack magazine, writing features and reviews. Since their transition into video game promotion, I have also freelanced for them on PR campaigns for new and exciting developers.
Reviews and walkthroughs writer for Explosion.com
Other written work:
I was brought in at digital media agency Waste as a copy writer and proof reader for in-house work on their website. Particularly enjoyable because their tone was so irreverent.
Norwich Gaming Festival
Promotional material for print, the web, and social media for Norwich’s first videogame festival.

When I'm not writing about games, I'm almost certainly playing them – and have been since my dad brought me an Amiga 500 over twenty years ago.
